Last week I attempted to do yoga for the first time in over a year. I don't have a mat, but I am hoping to win one! A Nut in a Nutshell is giving away one courtesy of Aurorae Yoga. Now, I really need this if I am going to continue to do yoga. I used to love to do it before I went to bed *to de-stress*. In order for me to continue with it I NEED THIS MAT!! I have hard wood floors throughout my house, so it was killer on my wrists. When it came time to do floor work I doubled up a blanket, but that was also slipping all over the place. I love yoga so I PRAY THAT I WILL WIN THIS!
I would love to get the Violet mat. Violet is not only one of my favorite colors, but the color means everything that I try to achieve while doing yoga. Here are some of the different colors that they have along with their meanings:
