I ate good all last week. other than I had a cookie Saturday. I have been getting a craving for chocolate a lot lately. I don't know if it's because of the time of the month, but I don't have those anymore because I have in a Mirena in. So, who knows. Anyone have any guilt free chocolate ideas?

This week my weight is 162.8!!
I lost 1.6 pounds!!
So far with Mamavation I have lost 9.2 pounds!!! Next week I hope to be posting the 10 Pound Badge!!
Waist- 38 Lost 1 inch!
Hips- 38 Lost 1 inch!
Right Thigh- 22.5 Lost 1/2 inch!
Left Thigh- 22.5 Lost 1/2 inch!
Right Arm- 12 Lost 1/2 inch!
Left Arm- 12 Lost 1/2 inch!
Monday- Went through grams house to get rid of stuff
Tuesday- AM-30 minutes Elliptical & #Tworkout
Wednesday- AM-15 minutes Elliptical & 90 minutes Yoga
Thursday- AM-30 minutes Elliptical & Slim in 6- Ramp It Up!(50 minutes)
Friday- Did not feel good at all, so I took a day of rest.
Saturday- Walked about 2 miles at park. Slim in 6- Ramp It Up!(50 minutes)
Sunday- Day of rest.
- Maintain Exercising
- Keep drinking lots of water
- Keep eating better
- Work on meal planning
