This Week

Last week was the start of taking care of my grandmother... I do have to say that it was not as bad as what I thought. Even though she is in pain she has been very pleasant and has not been fighting with me like she does with my mom. In fact she hasn't been fighting with my mom either and has also been pleasant with her as well.

Last week went fairly good. Although it was the County Fair and we did go up a few days and yes *hangs head* I did eat fair food. I had a Gyro, the closest thing that I could find as healthy food. I do love them though. Other than that I ate and drank well. I didn't even get my fave at the fair LEMONADE, just stuck with my water.

This week my weight is 164.8!!
Lori I hope you can see this... I lost 1.8 pounds!!

Waist- 39 same
Hips- 39 same

I took care of my father. I'm very happy she is better with you. It will make all the difference.

Fair food sucks. Next time just go ahead and eat a hot dog. That will have less calories in it than a gyro. The bun will be in between 100-200 caloris and the hot dog will be like 250 calories. XXOO

Fair food... mmm. So dangerous that I must say I'm impressed that you just had a gyro and that's it! Congrats on your loss and sounds like you did awesome working out! Maintain momentum.

Don't hang your head. I bet you ate a lot fewer calories than you would have any other time. It's progress! AND you lost weight. Way to go!

Good job on the gain (or decrease, LOL). Enjoy this time with your grandmother. I took sole care of my grandfather for several years, and now enjoy visiting him regularly. I will treasure those years I had to listen to his stories and tales. The tales are gone now, and so I am very glad I took the time to listen while he still remembered. It isn't always easy, but you will look back and remember the good not the bad. Kinda like kids, LOL.

When it's with regards to the outside, you'll need to effectively layer your apparel north face summit series jackets by weather disorders. Suitable layering turns into all the more important any time you are inside the outside through the cold climate or wintertime months. Lots of out of doors lovers enjoy them simply because they present heat, are north face summit series sale , and possess been produced from recycled materials.

We often love to have outdoor activities as a method of north face denali sale our stress from a long week of work. Even so, in order to carry all the things that are desirable, the need to purchase a thing that would hold our entire luggage is required. One of many north face clearance that might aid our problem regarding this matter is through the use of a backpack.
